Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! is a mobile game released by Activision on March 22, 2019. The game is based on the Crash Bandicoot series of games released by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The Crash Bandicoot series was originally created by Naughty Dog, and has been a fan favorite for over 10 years. The Crash Bandicoot series is a spin-off of the Spyro series, and was released for the PlayStation in 1996. The series has been met with a large amount of success, and is the second best-selling series for the PlayStation.
Gameplay
Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! is a 3D side-scrolling endless runner game. The player controls Crash, spinning away enemies and collecting Wumpa Fruit, Nitro, and gems. Every time Crash collects 100 Wumpa Fruit, Nitro, or gems, the player is granted an extra life. The player can also collect checkpoints that grant an extra life, which can be found either between levels or by a high-value gem.
Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! is an excellent game. The 3D graphics are better than ever, and the gameplay is solid. The player controls Crash Bandicoot, who has to rescue the other Crash Bandicoots. A lot of the game is spent jumping across chasms and avoiding obstacles. The game is very fast paced, and is great for people who want a quick game.
