ENCE, the Finnish esports organization, has recently made a change to its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive starting roster, with Valdemar “valde” Vangså being benched in order to get the team back on the global stage as a top CS:GO team. This decision comes as a surprise to many fans of the team, who have seen ENCE’s recent struggles in international tournaments. ENCE wrote about this in its blog.

Valde is one of the most experienced players on the team, having been with ENCE since 2016. He has been a key part of the team’s success in the past, with his impact in big games being undeniable.

His experience and leadership qualities have been invaluable for the team in the past, but his recent lack of form has been a concern for the organization. As a result, ENCE has decided to bench Valde for the time being in order to find a new starting lineup that can bring the team back to its former glory.

The team has not yet announced who will be replacing Valde in the lineup, but speculation is rife that it could be one of the team’s younger players. ENCE has been investing heavily in youth talent in recent years, and it could be that the team is looking to bring some of that talent into the starting lineup.

This could be a risky move, as the younger players may not be ready for the pressure of the big stage, but it could also be a move that pays off and sees the team rise up the ranks once more.

It remains to be seen whether ENCE’s decision to bench Valde will pay off, but it is clear that the organization is determined to get back to the top of the CS:GO scene. Only time will tell if ENCE will be able to make the right changes to its roster and reclaim its place among the top teams in the world.
